ProPR for trades and services, undertakes to protect the privacy and confidentiality of personal data of all our visitors and customers (for example, buyer name, email address, and delivery address), in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act (Official Gazette No. 173 / 2003, 67/2008 and 36/2009, 130/2011, 30/2014, 32/19) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

All ProPR employees and business partners are contractually obliged to respect the principles of privacy and confidentiality. We collect only the necessary, basic information about customers / users and inform visitors and customers about how to use this information. We regularly give customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns.

 

Personal data of customers are stored in the IT system of the craft and are stored in a safe place and are available only to employees in the craft who need this information to provide quality service to our customers.
