NOTICE OF METHOD OF SUBMISSION WRITTEN CONSUMER COMPLAINT
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act of Republic of Croatia (NN 41/14, 110/15), we inform consumers that they may express dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service by a written complaint, where we will confirm the receipt of the complaint in writing without delay.

The Merchant / Service Provider undertakes to respond in writing to objections in writing within 15 days from the date of receipt of the objection.
