Can I make a custom order?
Yes, you can! Buyers usually choose a theme for their journals. They often leave book covers design and details to me, but you can be more specific and choose the colour of book covers and basic design ideas. Keep in mind that Junk Journals are handmade and unique, made from materials currently available and a form of creative expression of author.
Is PayPal the only payment option?
In case you want to buy Junk Journal but you prefer other payment methods, you can purchase a journal via my Etsy shop JunkJournalFactory.
Are there any additional costs?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Are you shipping worldwide?
Yes, I am shipping worldwide. Keep in mind that this information may vary depending on restrictions your country has. For example, a journal you have ordered may be made from items which are not allowed to be imported in your country (for example, feathers).
In this case, we will keep in touch through messages and find the best solution for this situation (for example, I can exclude from journal items that can’t be imported in your country, I can make customed journal more suitable for you to receive it or you can choose another journal from my webshop, in same price range and more compatible with restrictions your country has).
What is expected delivery time?
Expected delivery time may vary depending on the country you live in. Once the journal is sent, you will get a tracking number in order to track your package and you will be able to see how long it takes for it to come.
For the United States, expected delivery time is 2 - 4 weeks (this varies from state to state). For Canada, expected delivery time is 2 - 3 weeks. For European Union, expected delivery time is 1 - 2 weeks, as well as for Asian countries.
This information may change due to global circumstances and current pandemic situation worldwide.
What if my package gets lost in transit or is delivered to the wrong address?
Give it a week or two in case your package eventually comes. If not, please make sure to contact your post office first and check if they offer you a refund. Please contact me if this may not be the case in order to: get a refund; get another journal in the same price range for free; get another journal which I will be happy to recreate for you as similar as possible and without any additional expenses on your behalf.
In case you haven't been able to get your package and it has been returned to me as a sender, I will resend it without any additional expenses on your behalf.
What is your return and refund policy?
Based on reason for refund, please contact me in order to: get another journal in the same price range if your journal got lost on its way to you or to get another journal which I will be happy to recreate for you as similar as possible and without any additional expenses on your behalf; get another journal in case your journal has been severely damaged in transit; get a refund because of any other reasons explained in message.
I don’t accept cancellations. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns and refunds for custom or personalised orders. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
