All ProPR employees and business partners are contractually obliged to respect the principles of privacy and confidentiality. We collect only the necessary, basic information about customers / users and inform visitors and customers about how to use this information. We regularly give customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns.


Personal data of customers are stored in the IT system of the craft and are stored in a safe place and are available only to employees in the craft who need this information to provide quality service to our customers. The use of data is limited to communicating with customers for the purpose of conducting sales transactions, and informing users about news and benefits available to them through our website.


ProPR guarantees that the personal data of users of the website will not be disclosed and used by third parties without the prior express consent of the user. This does not apply to requests for access to data by authorized services of the executive state authority of the Republic of Croatia for the purposes of business control.

This information can include attribution information via cookies and UTM tags in URLs to determine where a visit to comes from, responses to marketing emails and advertisements, responses to offers, and audience information from partners who you have given consent to share that information with us.


We collect information about your use of the Services for advertising, for analytics, to serve content, and to protect the Services. This can include your IP address, browser information (including referrers), device information (such as iOS IDFA, IDFV for limited non-advertising purposes, Android AAID, and, when enabled by you, location information provided by your device). 


We obtain location information you provide in your profile or your IP address for's internal analytics and performance monitoring; localisation, regional requirements, and policies for the Services; for local content, search results, and recommendations; for delivery and mapping services; and (using non-precise location information) marketing. Certain non-precise location services, such as for security and localised policies based on your IP address or submitted address, are critical for the Site to function. We will only share your geolocation details with third parties (like our mapping, payments, or, to the extent applicable, advertising providers) in order to provide you with the Services. 

We use data analytics software to ensure Site functionality and to improve the Services.

Connecting your account to third-party applications or services is optional. If you choose to connect your account to a third-party application, it is subject to your agreements with that third party (like their Terms of Use and privacy notices), and can receive information from that application. ProPR for trades and services through receives or obtains information (for example, an email address or IP address) about a person who is not yet a registered member (a “non-member”) in connection with certain features, such as when a non-member chooses to subscribe to an newsletter, a member invites a non-member to visit the Site, a member uploads non-member information using the contact uploader feature, a non-member engages in a transaction, a member sends a gift card code to a non-member, or a non-member uses Guest Checkout to make a purchase. Non-member information is used only for the purposes disclosed when it was submitted to, for purposes necessary to the functioning of's Services or where ProPR for trades and services through has a legitimate interest.


We also collect certain information from both members and non-members who visit websites hosted by us. This information may include your IP address or unique device identifier, and cookies and data from the pages you visit.

Examples of service-related messages include an email address confirmation/welcome email when you register your account, notification of an order, service availability, modification of key features or functions and correspondence with ProPR for trades and services’s Support team (including by chat interface or the other methods of communication as described above).

When you register for an account, subscribe to a newsletter, or provide us with your email address or phone number, you receive notice of and agree (in some jurisdictions and situations, by an additional unambiguous consent) to receive marketing emails and messages from us. You can unsubscribe at any time from marketing emails or messages through the opt-out link included in marketing emails or messages. Please note that some changes to your account settings may take a few days to take effect.




We respect your privacy. ProPR for trades and services through will not disclose your name, email address or other personal information to third parties without your consent, except as specified in this policy.

When you access or use the Services, we collect, use, share, and otherwise process your personal information for the purposes described in this policy. We rely on a number of legal bases to use your information in these ways. These legal bases include where:

  • Necessary to perform the contractual obligations in our Terms of Use and in order to provide the Services to you;

  • You have consented to the processing, which you can revoke at any time;

We may advertise our Services or our sellers’ products through a variety of different mediums and rely on your consent to do so off-site. As part of this, we may work with advertising partners such as Facebook, Google, and other partners disclosed in Cookies and similar Technology Policy. If ProPR for trades and services through receives a lawful, verified request for a member’s records or information in one of the limited circumstances, ProPR for trades and services through may disclose personal information, which may include, but may not be limited to, a member’s name, address, phone number, email address, company/trading name and, where appropriate, bank account and transaction details. 


ProPR for trades and services through may share demographic information with business partners, but it will be aggregated and de-personalised so that personal information is not revealed.


ProPR for trades and services through also needs to engage third-party companies and individuals (such as research companies, and analytics and security providers) to help us operate, provide, and market the Services. These third parties have only limited access to your information, may use your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf, and are obligated to ProPR for trades and services not to disclose or use your information for other purposes. Our engagement of service providers is often necessary for us to provide the Services to you, particularly where such companies play important roles like helping us keep our Service operating and secure. In some other cases, these service providers aren’t strictly necessary for us to provide the Services, but help us make it better, like by helping us conduct research into how we could better serve our users. ProPR for trades and services through offers advanced security features and settings for members, such as two-factor authentication for signing in, and sign in history and notifications; you can view more information in your account settings.

Consistent with those laws, ProPR for trades and services through gives you the choice of accessing, editing, or removing certain information, as well as choices about how we contact you. 



ProPR for trades and services through may send you messages about the Services or your activity. Some of these messages are required, service-related messages for members (such as transactional messages or legal notices). Other messages are not required, such as newsletters. You can control which optional messages you choose to receive. If you no longer wish to use the Services or receive service-related messages (except for legally required notices), then you may close your account. 






The subject and commercial purpose of the Agreement is the purchase of the selected product through the web store with the payment of the appropriate service fee. The contract is concluded by means of remote communication (Contract concluded at a distance) via the Internet.


These Terms and Conditions as well as the individual terms of sale indicated with the information on certain products represent the offer of the ProPR for trades and services through, for the conclusion of the contract. By registering, concluding the order and paying, the User, as the buyer, accepts the terms and conditions, which is considered to be a contract between the buyer and ProPR for trades and services, and according to the terms of sale stated in these Terms and Conditions.



Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer may unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason.


The deadline for unilateral termination of the contract begins on the day when the goods whose subject of the contract is delivered to the buyer.

We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by e-mail without delay.


In the event of termination of the contract, each party is obliged to return to the other what it received under the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. We will refund your payment after the goods are returned to us. You must return the goods to us without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you announced the unilateral termination of the contract.


The buyer is obliged to send the goods to the address of the ProPR obrt za usluge i trgovinu, Ilica 71, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. The goods must be sent the same way they were received. It is recommended that the buyer has proof that the shipment has been sent when returning the goods.


If, at the request of the customer, the performance of the service started during the deadline for unilateral termination of the contract, the customer is obliged to pay ProPR for trades and services an amount proportional to what was delivered by the time the customer notified ProPR of unilateral termination. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. We do not accept redemption shipments.


Refunds will be refunded in the manner in which the payment was made. We can refund only after the goods are returned to us.


The buyer is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. If the buyer returns the product without the original packaging and / or with damage and / or signs of use of the product in a condition due to which it is not possible to sell the product to the seller (not suitable for sale), and refers to the article on unilateral termination of distance contract, the seller is not responsible to refund the amount paid to the buyer.




Product prices are expressed in Croatian Kuna ("HRK") and do not include value added tax (trades are not in the VAT system, exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 90, paragraph 2 of the VAT Act of Republic of Croatia and exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 17, paragraph 1 of the VAT Act of Republic of Croatia - reverse charge). The delivery service for the items offered on this website is available in the Republic of Croatia and in the Member States of the European Union and in other countries. Product prices are subject to change until the confirmation of purchase. The price of the goods is determined for each product individually.


Prices are subject to change at any time. However, the changes will not affect the orders for which we have sent an order confirmation.


Once you have selected all the items you want to buy, they will be added to your cart. The next step is to process the order and make the payment. To this end, it is necessary to follow the steps of the purchase process and provide or confirm the required information in each step. In addition, you can change your order information during the pre-payment purchase process. Also, if you are a registered customer, you have a history of all orders in the "My Account" section.




Payment of the product price and delivery costs can be made by Internet banking via PayPal service.


Your order will be delivered when the funds are visible in our account.


The contract of sale is concluded at the time of receipt of payment to the account of ProPR for trades and services.


Please note that a contract on behalf of a minor or a person without legal capacity may be concluded only by a legal representative, and a person with partial legal capacity may enter into a contract only with the permission of his / her legal representative.




The cost of delivery is calculated automatically when you buy the product, you are issued an invoice with the price of the purchased products and the delivery price, and it is stated together on the invoice of the purchased product.


The deadline for delivery of products throughout Croatia is 7 working days from the date of the order. In the countries of the European Union, depending on the country in question, a maximum of 15 days. In the event of a change in the delivery deadline or any other important circumstances for the execution of the order, the customer will be notified immediately by our customer service.


The services of Croatian Post (Hrvatska pošta d.d.) are used for the delivery procedure.




If within 15 days from the date of payment of the delivery order it was not possible to make the delivery for reasons for which we are not responsible, we will assume that you want to terminate the contract and we will cancel it. We have the right to charge you for any additional transport costs incurred due to the termination of the contract.




The customer assumes responsibility for the products from the moment of delivery.




The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during transport / delivery. 


The buyer is obliged to inspect the packaging of the shipment upon collection. If the packaging of the shipment has visible damage / defects, we recommend that the buyer decides whether to pick up the goods or not. If he considers that the goods are damaged, we recommend that he refuses to accept the goods. By rejecting the receipt, the delivery service will return the shipment to ProPR for trades and services, noting that the shipment contains a defect.


Pursuant to the Civil Obligations Act (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125 / 11,78 / 15, 29/18) and the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14, 110/15, 14/19), complaints related to deficiencies product and all other complaints may be made in writing by e-mail or regular mail:

ProPR for trades and services undertakes to respond in writing to objections within 15 days of receiving the objection.


In the event of a justified complaint, it is possible to terminate the contract with a refund or replacement of the product.


The web store makes a refund at its own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the customer has not affected the defect, damage or any defect of the goods. In the case of a justified complaint, the cost of replacing the product with a new one is borne entirely by the web store.

Products that the consumer has tried to repair and / or modify or are damaged due to improper use cannot be advertised.


In the event of a dispute over the justification of the complaint and the manner in which the product was returned, the product must be unused, in unchanged quantity and in the original packaging, with the original invoice and warranty, if any.


In the event of a dispute between the seller and the buyer, the buyer may seek out-of-court settlement of the dispute in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

All customers of the web store have the right to replace the product. Product replacement is possible within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. The buyer is obliged to request a replacement electronically by e-mail: within 14 working days of receipt of the shipment.


It is necessary to explain whether the customer wants to change the product for the same product of another size or color, or for another product from the offer. After checking the availability of the requested product for which the customer wants a replacement, we will approve the request and inform the customer. When returning the product you want to replace, the shipment must be sent the same way it was received. It is recommended that the customer has proof that the goods have been sent when replacing the product.
